What makes a good bug report?

Here are some tips to bear in mind when telling us about a bug...

[1] It's really important that we know which build of ClinicOffice you are using. From ClinicOffice, click "Help | About..." to get this information.

[2] Are you connecting to a local database or a database server. If you're not sure it's probably a local database.

[3] What version of Windows are you running? Also the specification of your hardware (if you know it) is always useful.

[4] Lastly, a full description of the problem, including steps that we can follow to re-produce the problem.

If you're able to include all of the above information, it will help us to locate and fix any bugs more efficiently.
