FAQ 323: Can I restrict access to Patient records?

To restrict a practitioner's access so that they can only see thier own patients, you simply have to make a single change in the access rights on the practitioners staff record.

For detailed information on how to setup the Access Rights please see the section 'Staff Member Access Rights' in the ClinicOffice User Guide.

To make the necessary change to restrict practitioner access to patients just simply scroll down the access rights until you see something similar to this :-

...then select 'Their own patients only'.
