Is there a way to send a group email to all patients who have registered an email address (with consent) with us by using my regular email account?

Yes there is. Here's how to send an email to multiple patients in ClinicOffice 2005...
- Go to the Patients screen
- Select the patients to whom you want to send an email
- Right click the selected patients and click SMS/Email Patients
- Select "Only Selected Patients" then click OK
- From the Send SMS/Email screen, click Send Email
- Type in your message (you can save it for future use)
- Click Send Email
The email will be sent using your default email client.
If you want to send the email manually from your email program and you just want to extract the email addresses from the patient records, then use the "Export Grid" feature on the patient list. You can export the patient records to an Excel spreadsheet and from the there you can copy & paste the email addresses into a blank email.
