print problem

when I print my appointment diary all unallocated appointment slots print out solid black.
I use a samsung mono laser printer (scx 4100)
tried every thing i know
any suggestions?

Samsung Printer Problems

I had this problem with a samsung ML????

Basically it's your printer!!!

Switch over to a brother or a HP laser both of which I've tested and haven't been able to reproduce this type of fault

I tried downloading the latest drivers for the samsung but it didn't make a difference

I'm afraid it's new printer time!!!

We have 3 printers in our office :-
- A Brother Mono Laser
- An Epson Colour Laser
- An Epson Colour Inkjet
I'm afraid that we're also unable to reproduce the problem. For us, the grayed out sections appear as a light shade of gray as they do on the print preview screen.

Do the sections appear as solid black on your diary print preview screen? ClinicOffice renders the print preview image and displays on the screen - but then when you click 'print' it simply passes the preview image over to your printer driver - so if it looks ok on the screen but not on the printed page, then unfortunately it sounds as though your printer driver is doing something odd!

Please check that you have the latest drivers installed for your printer. Also - do you have another printer available which you could try?
