Cancelling and rebooking appointments

Postby DavidFGrist » December 13th, 2007, 12:02 pm

I have noticed a problem in CO2005 when cancelling and rebooking appointments. If a patient has an appointment, say this Monday, and I cancel it and rebook it for Monday in 3 weeks time, the database still uses the old date as "Next Appointment". It's as if the program just hides the appointment but you can no longer access it, amend it or do anything useful with it - it just gets in the way until the date has passed.

I would really like the facility to cancel and rebook an appointment and then be able to send a letter that says your appointment on > has been cancelled and your new appointment is now on >

Is this possible? Thanks very much!!
