Adding new patient from waiting list - window in way

If you want to add new patient details from the 'add new patient to waiting list' route, the 'waiting list' window remains fixed (in grey scale) in front of the add patient screen, so you can't see all of the screen.

Can this window be set to minimise or be moveable?
