Texting Patients if Staff Member is unavailable

At times you may find that one of your practitoners phone up sick or may be unavailable and you need to notify all their patients ASAP. How do you do it?

The best way is to go to your DIARY and in the top right corner click SWITCH TO GRID VIEW (next to DIARY OPTIONS)

Then search for appointments for the specific staff member and also the date/time if you need to (i.e today). Once all the appointments are shown, select all the appointments (This can be done by clicking on one of the appointments, hold CTRL on your keyboard and press A) then RIGHT CLICK, select PATIENT RECORD and then SEND TEXT MESSAGE.

Then type in what you need to text and it will send the message to all your patients. \:D/
