Pdf files automatically converting to jpeg

When trying to add a pdf file in the documents tab of a contact, it automatically converts it to a jpeg.
How do I stop this from happening please.

Thanks for your post.

It maybe that the PDF is larger than the default compression settings in ClinicOffice. However you can change this;

Go to VIEW menu
Click PROGRAM SETTINGS
Click GLOBAL SETTINGS
At the bottom click PDF CONVERSION DEFAULTS

Make sure the scale is set to maximum.

Another thing to change is within USER SETTINGS (still within PROGRAM SETTINGS)

Unitck Always try to make PDF's smaller.

You shouldn't have any issues once you have made these changes.
