Hi there,

Thanks for reporting this.

I have passed this onto our technical support team who will investigate further.

I will post back on here when we have a solution.

Thanks

Hi there,

We have been testing this issue back here and cannot seem to reproduce it - the moving of appointments to another date and dragging the appointment up and down to change the duration are working fine.

Please could you try and re-install the 1090 update to see if this fixes your issue.

Thanks.

Done a reinstall of 1090, still the same problem.

BTW, the initial post was done by an old account, frispa and mesologie are the same person 8-)

Hi Mesologie

Thanks for letting us know. We have since been able to reproduce the issue with not being able to drag an appointment to another date using the diary navigator. The developers have told me that they do have a fix, unfortunately there has been a load of other modifications since 1090, so before we can release a fix we need to test to make sure that no further issues have crept in from the other changes.

The only immediate solution at the moment is if you roll back to 1089. You can do so via the link below:-
http://www.pioneersoftware.co.uk/files/cov5/update_v5_1089.exe

1090 uses the same database version as 1089, so there should not be any complications with rolling back.

Apologies for the problems this has caused you.
