Search Fields

Hello

I have just gone into clinic office - patients - search - search other fields - and the field created on is missing? I go in every month and select this field..... do you know why or how this has happened? and how I can get it back on my search field?

Hi Lisa,

Unless someone has deleted the per.createdon sql from the data source, I don't know what has happened.

The created on field is usally found in the Patient List report under other search fields .

Hi Lisa

If you are still struggling to find the created on field, what you can try is when you are looking at the patient grid, click the Grid Options button and at the top under the Data Source is a drop down menu. Change this to "Additional Lookups"; this will add multiple new fields to the grid including the created on. You should then be able to search on this field as well as the updated on.
