Hello

We are starting to use clinical notes in the clinic and have come across a question, if a clinician needed to look up an old case/session, how would they locate their own cases as we have multiple clinicians in the clinic?

Thanks for your post.

You can search for old case notes by practitioner by going to the CLINICAL NOTES section (under the staff members button). You will notice that there is a column called Practitioner. You can search on date/time and sort the columns out by Practitioner.

So i went into clinical notes and i can find where you put the practitioners name on the actual case your doing, so how do you sort it by name or search i cannot see anything for that?

Hi,

So instead of opening a Patient's clinical notes, you need to click on the Clinical Notes button (as above).

Then press the search button and search on the date/time you require. Then you can sort the columns out by Practitioner.
