Delete a standard file

Goodmorning,

Accidentally i have created a standard file instead of a personal file in a patient's record. I tried to delete it but it will not let me because it's shared with the other patients records. Is there a way to delete it?

Hi there a.michael,

Thanks for the post.

It won't let you delete the shared folder because one or more of the patients
must have a document in that folder. Once you remove the document(s) from that folder,
you will be able to right click and delete that folder.
