Visual Notes

Postby stevema » October 28th, 2015, 12:29 pm

Hi,
I have a couple of questions:

Can I attach a visual note to a clinical form? if so how?.. I can only see how to attach a visual note to session or case notes.

Secondly, how/can i use the quick text template on my clinical forms? And also I note that it is possible to use the quick text facility in the case notes but if I create a new field in the case notes area I cannot use this facility. Is there a way for me to enable it?

That is actually 3 questions!

Hi there,

Thanks for your post. In answer to your questions

[1] I believe you can only attach to sessions however I will test this back here for you and re-confirm

[2] You need to right click on a MEMO field or use CTRL + SPACE to access the Quick Text Templates. To create your templates, you need to go to TOOLS | QUICK TEXT MANAGER

[3] As above, the Quick Text facility only works in MEMO fields i.e. the NOTEPAD section in the Patient Record.
