Copy session notes from one visit to the next

Postby SAFFRONWALDEN » September 15th, 2015, 1:20 pm

Hi

I have just joined a clinic with CO V5 and i often perform the same treatments for several visits and would like to be able to hit ONE button and it copies the SOAP notes from the last session; which I can then edit where needed.

can you tell me how to do this,. they currently copy and paste each section, which just cannot be the fastest and most simple way the system works.

help much appreciated

Hi Matthew,

Thanks for your post.

There is a Quick Text Manager which will allow you to do this however we are in the process of fixing a bug which unfortunately prevents you from using it within the Case/Session notes.

Our technical team are looking into it and hopefully should have it resolved soon!

Thanks again.

*** UPDATE ***
This has all been fixed, but as of build 1088 there is also a new feature to "BRING NOTES FORWARD" from previous session notes by right clicking on any memo pad in the session note editor.

Hi Matt,

Just a quick one, by the memo pad do you mean each SOAP note box?

Regards

Hi Rob,

That's correct. Each section/box of the SOAP notes is a memo pad.

Thanks :)
