Hi there Chris,
The bring forward reminders value is to help you when the clinic is closed. For example;
Let's say that you have an Appointment Reminder that is set to text patients 24 hours before their Appointment. Your clinic is open Mon-Fri. If you wanted the 24hr reminder to text patients with Appointments on a Monday, you would need ClinicOffice to be open on Sunday for the reminder to run.
However, if you bring forward reminders that fall on Saturday & Sunday, then the reminders for Mondays Appointments would get sent out on the Friday.
