Appointment status message

Postby stevema » June 21st, 2016, 1:54 pm

HI,
My receptionist has ticked the box "Don't show me this again" so when she updates a patient status (arrived) I get sent a message automatically. I don't want to get these messages as I can hear when a patient comes in and I can see the colour has changed on the appointment.
Can you tell me how to get the dialogue box back, the one which offers the recepionist the option to let me know the patient status has been updated.
THanks
Steve

Hi Stevema,

Thanks for your post.

Your receptionist can get this notification back by going to VIEW | PROGRAM SETTINGS | USER SETTINGS and re-ticking the option.

Another thing you can do is go to VIEW | TYPES & CATEGORIES | APPOINTMENT STATUSES and untick the SEND MESSAGE option.

Let me know if you need anything else.

Hello.
I have had the same issue since your last update.
I have made the changes described above but this has not reinstalled the appointment status notifications.
The recent update has also made the following months diary disappear from the diary navigator page. I am struggling to find how to get this back.
Any advice please.

Hi rhcrc,

I will pass the Appointment Status Notification issue onto our development team to investigate further.

With the Diary Navigator, the reason one of months may have disappeared is because the spacing between the days has actually increased (out of our control I'm afraid).

All you need to do is is drag the diary navigator down until the 2nd month appears. Please see screen shot.

Hello.
Is there any update about this issue?
FYIO, I have randomly had 1 patient today for who the reminder was offered and sent.
