Back up on the fly

Is it possible to back up the CO4 database, while all users are logged in (during night, when there is no activity)? CO4 runs on a Windows server 2012 and I want to create a daily backup scheme on server for backing up the database instead of using the back up facility of CO4.

For our Support Plan members, we offer a FREE online backup program that takes a backup of your database and uploads a copy to our cloud server. The backups can be done when there are users still logged in!

Hi my backup is exceeding the size of 2Gig (possibly even 2.5Gig). Will I be able to opt-in for this as well?

Hi Roelof,

I forgot to mention, even if your database is 2.5GB, the backup program compresses it anyway so you should be fine to use it!
