How do we import documents from xp into 2005? How do we export out of xp into word? can we then import into 2005? Can you give us a list of form fields to create our own documents/templates?

>> How do we import documents from xp into 2005?
ClinicOffice XP and 2005 use completely different document systems. The only way to copy the document templates over is to copy/paste the text from one system to the other.

If you mean export patient details for a mail merge, then you right click on the patient grid, then click Mail Merge then select either Excel or Text. You can then use the mail merge features in MS Word to create letters for those records.

Again, I'm not too sure what you mean. You can copy/paste the text from a word document into the ClinicOffice Word Processor.

When you edit a document template, there is a button on the toolbar called "Insert Merge Fields". Clicking this button will show you a complete list of all available fields. Click on one of the fields to insert it into the document.
