#10 How do I search Custom Patient fields in my database?

To search Custom Patient fields, please follow these steps :-

- Click Patients to open the patients database page
- Under the Common Actions list at the left hand side of the screen, click on Form & Custom Search
- In the window that opens choose which custom forms you would like to search - in this case choose "Custom Fields Patients"
- You will now see a list of all your custom search fields. Simply enter the value(s) you want to search for and click OK
